CallsSecure links clients with service providers via a secure registry database. Service providers are added to the registry upon successful completion of the vetting process. The degree of trust in individuals is determined by the strength of their profiles.

CallsSecure is a great choice for companies that interact with clients, as it emphasizes the importance of information sharing and building trust. This is especially relevant for government and public services, as well as enterprises such as banks, insurance firms, and telecommunications companies.

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is securely kept in mobile wallets, while documents are presently stored in the secure cloud of CallsSecure. The non-public data of providers, along with their communications with individuals, are stored based on the provider's selected hosting option. Providers have the flexibility to host this information either within their own infrastructure or within CallsSecure's system.

CallsSecure is free for individual users by default, but service providers are charged for utilizing CallsSecure. The monthly fee for the service depends on the subscription tier selected by the providers.

Unlike conventional call systems, service providers can designate agents to specific business contact points where they possess relevant expertise and accountability. As a result, when a customer contacts the service, CallsSecure connects them to an available agent. If no agents are currently free, the caller is informed clearly and given the option to request a callback or schedule an appointment with the suitable agents.
